Level One COVID-19 Update for March 25, 2020

To all our customers:

In consideration of the uncertainty that surrounds managing the spread of the COVID-19 virus and its impact both at work and at home, we want to assure you of Level One’s commitment and ability to help keep your business operational.

To ensure your business does not encounter any service interruptions during this time of concern, we continue to take every precaution necessary to safeguard both the health of our employees and the continuity of service to your business. Level One is actively monitoring the news and following CDC guidance.


Level One’s services are recognized as essential and as such, our physical operations and production facility partners are fully operational and continue to meet Service Level Agreements for our customers.

Additional information related to our operations includes:

  • Approximately 80% of our employees are currently working from home without impact to conducting business.
  • Staffing levels at our production facilities across our footprint remain high.
  • We have taken measures to increase inventory supplies of paper, envelopes, and consumables at all production facilities.
  • The supply chain remains stable and uninterrupted.
  • Level One remains poised to act on business continuity plans across our footprint if necessary.
  • Level One has capacity to assist with client needs for expedited customer communications.
