Level One COVID-19 Update – Week of April 6, 2020


Customers and Partners:

During this time of crisis for the nation, our greatest concern continues to be the health and well-being of our employees, customers and partners. Our thoughts and prayers extend to all the families directly affected by this pandemic.

There is no change in our operational status from last week. We continue to take every precaution necessary to ensure both the health of our employees and the continuity of service to your business. Level One continues to closely monitor ongoing events and follow CDC guidance.

With the “stay-at-home” advisory currently in effect, industry events, conferences, speaking engagements and client presentations have either been cancelled, postponed or made available online. In line with recommendations, Level One has suspended all employee travel until May 31, 2020, when we will reassess conditions with consideration to ongoing guidance from the CDC, federal and state officials.

Level One continues to be an available resource for you and is maintaining additional capacity to assist with timely fulfillment of customer communications.
